Hallberg, Joann L. (nee Krook)

Passed peacefully and was reunited with her husband Allan on December 5, 2025 at the age of 88. Loving mom of Joleen (Jeff) Pyatt and Scott (Debbie) Hallberg. Proud grandma of Justin (Nancy) Pyatt, Jaime Pyatt, Kayla (Bryce) Weston and Kirk (Johanna) Hallberg. Great-grandma of Joshua and Natalie Pyatt, and Payton and Paige Weston. Sister of Darlene Gayan and Greeta Arndt. Aunt of Shane Cox. Great-aunt of Gabi Cox. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Joann could make friends wherever she went. She was quite the conversationalist and loved to sing. She was an excellent cook, and we will all miss her.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Gables of Germantown for their friendship and wonderful care over this last year.

A private burial will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
