Our condolences go out to Joanne and the rest of the family for the passing of Bill- as I knew him as Billy. I(Mark) was much younger than Bill but I will never forget monsters in the basement of the Hepp’s 52nd St house. It is hard to hear of the loss of those I looked up to as a kid. RIP Bill. Condolences to the family of William Hepp. My sister shared the same care unit with him for some time, so I saw him, and his sister Joanne kindly visiting him daily, on my visits to my sister. I'm sorry to hear that he has passed. May he find joy and peace in heaven, and may the family be consoled by God's promises.
