Of Oconomowoc, formerly Milwaukee. Passed away peacefully December 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Pauline (nee DePetro). Dear Dad of Bradley (Patty) Herda, and Kelly Marchese. Proud and loving Grandpa of Ben Herda, Kyle Herda, Michael (Meg) Marchese, and Mallory (Michael) Russell. Great-grandpa of Luna Marchese. Further survived by other relatives and friends. 

A Celebration of Life for Jim will be held on Sunday January 11, 2026 at the Lumber Inn (617 Wells St., Delafield, WI) from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with a Time of Remembrance at 6:30pm. Casual attire appreciated.

Jim was a good friend of Bill W. for 44 years

Jim was an avid Milwaukee baseball fan and an accomplished golfer. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hartford Golf Club in Jim's name are deeply appreciated.
