I have known the Schlagenhaft family since I was five years old. So many of my earliest childhood memories involve hanging out in their bustling home or bowling with them at the Knights of Columbus Christmas parties.
At the head of all this was Mr. Schlagenhaft. He was always kind to me. Gentle, calm and quick with a smile or laugh. Mr. and Mrs. Schlagenhaft built a wonderful family. I have been truly privileged to know them for most of my life. What an incredible legacy he has left.
