Ruth Tuskey found peace at the age of 94 at her home in Oconomowoc on March 1, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late Orville D. Tuskey.

She is survived by her children, Kathy (the late David) Dockstader and Scott Tuskey; her siblings, Donna (the late Dave) Droegkamp and Laurie (Ron) Maass; her grandchildren, Chris (Carrie) Hartman, Stacy (Todd) Grafenauer, Melissa (Jim) Romans, Jennifer Linscott, and Ryan Dockstader; and her great-grandchildren, Kyla Linscott, Michael Romans, Luke Romans, Bella Grafenauer, Bryce Grafenauer, and Brinkley Grafenauer. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Mary (Safford) Krueger; her son, Mike Hartman; her siblings, Mary Ann (Harold) Edwards, Edwin “Butch” (Joanie) Krueger, Richard Krueger, and Janet Steele; along with many other relatives and friends.

Ruth was born on January 10, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Edwin and Mary Krueger. Throughout her life, she worked many jobs, spending many dedicated years at Mirro Aluminum in Oconomowoc. Ruth had many passions, including making silk floral arrangements, cooking and baking, rummaging, grocery shopping, and going to the casino. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her deep love and compassion for all will never be forgotten.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Schmidt & Bartelt – Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St., Oconomowoc. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Lunch and fellowship will follow at VFW Post 2260 in Oconomowoc. All are welcome to attend.

Ruth will be laid to rest at Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026.
