Passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the age of 94. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth “Betty” (nee Gaffney). Wonderful and loving father of Bonnie (Rick) Avrit, Jackie, Henry Jr. (Pam), and Tom (Karen). Loving grandpa of Robert, Tom, Lisa, Joey, Angie, Jamie, Sherri and great-grandfather of 11. Dear brother of Carol Landvater and Gary Eder. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Hank is preceded in death by his son Bob, parents Alphonse and Viola, siblings Richard, Wayne, Clarence, David and Marilyn.

Hank was a proud member of Germantown American Legion Post #1. 

The family would like to give a special thank you to the friendly staff of the Arboretum Senior Living Community. They would also like to thank everyone at Horizon Home Health Care for their kind and compassionate care of Hank.

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 30 from 2PM until time of Funeral Service at 4PM at Schmidt & Bartelt – Menomonee Falls; N84 W17937 Menomonee Ave. Private burial will take place at Southern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
