Found peace on February 17, 2013 at the age of 89.  Loving father of Darlene Dutton and Linda (Brian) Rathman.  Dear grandfather of Donald (Kim), Brian and Brenda Dutton and Kevin Rathman.  Preceded in death by his mother Dorothy, father John, sisters Lorraine Schulz and Margaret Furey, brothers Larry and Edward.  Survived by sisters Dorothy Butz, Joanne (Don) Bartos, Mary and Cathy Schmidt, brothers John (Carol Ann) and Tom (Kay) and sister-in-law Marilyn Schmidt.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Robert proudly served his country in the US Navy.  He then pursued a long and rewarding career in education.

Visitation Thursday, February 21, 2013 at St. Vincent Pallotti –West Catholic Church, 201 N 76th St, from 4PM until time of the Funeral Mass at 6PM, followed by military honors.
