Becker, Robert A. Was embraced into God’s arms on March 26, 2013 at the age of 83. Beloved and devoted husband of Janet (nee Marsolek). Cherished father of Brian (Susan), Deborah (John) Balistrieri, Lorie (David) Greenberg, Bradley (Michele) and Lisa (David) Ausprung. Proud grandpa of and hero to Jodi, Justin, Alex, Annie, Francesco, Lorin, Shanna, Shane Daniels, Chris, Mike, Missie, Kalie and Mackenzie. Great-grandpa of Isaac and Loreli. Dearest brother of Barbara (George) Verhalen. He will be missed by his constant companion and loving dog, LuLu. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Dorothy Becker. Further survived by his loving nieces, nephews, extended family and caring friends. 

The family would like to thank the following people for their love and support throughout the years that enhanced the quality of his life: Susan Kmieciak, Dr. Pat Brody and Dr. Kamal Nassif and staff. We would also like to thank the ICU staff at Community Memorial Hospital for their care and support shown to the family during his final hours. 

Visitation will be Monday April 1, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, N89 W16297 Cleveland Ave. in Menomonee Falls, from 11am until Mass of Christian Burial is celebrated at NOON. Private entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials to your favorite Humane Society or to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated. Bob will be remembered for his passionate love of music, his talents with the accordion in his band, Bob Becker and the Gay Notes and his love for golf.
