Stollenwerk, John W. “Jack”  Age 68. On July 10, 2013 made the decision to join his heavenly Father after a long and difficult battle with alcoholism. Beloved husband of Pauline. Dearest father of Lori, Timothy, and Steven (Ranee). Beloved step-father of Jason, Jared (Julie) and Justin (Jess) Wasielewski. Adoring grandpa of Brenna, Shea and Myla Stollenwerk, Joshua, Jacob, Jonathon and Hailey Wasielewski. He is further survived by his first wife June Sager, many other relatives and friends.  

Jack retired after a 42 year career at GE Medical and proudly served his country in the US Navy.  

A visitation will be held on Monday July 15, 2013 at the FUNERAL HOME from 1 PM until the time of services at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Honor Flight Network.
