Suzanne, we are so sorry to hear of Harvey's passing. We think fondly of our trip to Hof and the great time we had with him in Vegas and Nashville. Tom always considered Harvey a great friend. They are raising a glass together with the rest of the Hofers who have passed on to greater peace.

To Harvey's family: I served in the Air force with Harvey at Hof, Germany and Ft. Meade, MD. I knew him and his wife very well. I even purchased a car from him at Ft. Meade. Sure that he is with his wife and at peace.

I met Harvey in Hof, Germany in the early 1960s, and we became friends. The next time I saw him was at our reunion in Hof in 2002, and we were still good friends. Harvey was a faithful member of the Hof Reunion Association, and will be greatly missed, but, his memory will live on.
