Entered into heaven on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Wehmeyer) Bennett-Maas. Loving step-father of Ann (Dave) Eldridge, Linda (Robert) Wilhelm, Larry (Jenni) Holmgren, Carl (Nancy) Bennett, Robert (Carla) Bennett, and Larry (Kathy) Bennett. Brother of Bernadette Leibe and brother-in-law of George Hamann. Preceded in death by his sisters Shirley Hamann and Leah Rice. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. 

Arthur was a decorated Korean War Veteran who was awarded the Purple Heart. 

Committal prayers and military honors will be held on Monday, November 2 at 11AM at Southern WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery; 21731 Spring StreetUnion Grove, WI. Please meet at the main office. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project are greatly appreciated.
