Justin L. Smith, age 26, of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, passed from this life on November 11, in Milwaukee.

Justin was born on June 13, 1989, in Indianapolis Indiana. Justin lived in Franklin, IN, Shelbyville, TN, Chelsea, MI, Oconomowoc, WI, Eugene, OR and several cities in Colorado. There were so many more people for Justin to meet and so many more places for him to go.

Justin is survived by his parents, Stacy and Sara (Moore) Smith of Oconomowoc, twin sister Mallory (Tyler) Zimmer of Oconomowoc, Aunt Susan (Ralph) Grutza of Brazil, Indiana, and grandparents Gerald (Barbara) Smith of Franklin, Indiana. He is further survived by several aunts, uncle, cousins and countless friends, far and wide.

Justin loved so much…the earth and all of its offerings, music with its meaningful messages, and the unique spiritual world that he lived by and valued so deeply.  Justin’s silly, goofy smile was infectious and brought out the best in everyone he met. The light in his eyes shone all so brightly and illuminated every space he entered. Justin’s compassion and understanding will be treasured forever by us all. We loved Justin so much…

A casual gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, November 21, at Lapham Peak (Kettle Moraine State Forest), Trecker Lodge, W329 N846 County Rd C, Delafield, Wisconsin. The celebration of Justin’s life will be from 1pm – 6pm. We welcome you to enjoy the park through the day and stay for a candlelight vigil at dusk.

A traditional service will be held at a later date in Franklin, Indiana.
